FISH TIKKI

Ingredients
  • Mackrel -1/2 kg,
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 spoon, 
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 tea spoon, 
  • Garlic finely chopped- 1 spoon, 
  • Salt to taste, 
  • Green chilly cut to very small pcs- 1 spoon , 
  • Egg -1, 
  • Oil- for shallow frying. 

Method: 
  • Clean mackrel after removing head portion. 
  • Cook this fish body in 1/ 2 cup of water little salt and turmeric powder. 
  • Allow to cool. Seperate fish from its bones. 
  • Now add all other ingredients except oil. 
  • Mix well. 
  • Now make tikki shapes. 
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan and cook both side till golden brown
